MET Administered for the First Time in Europe

As part of its efforts to expand the reach of the Michigan English Test (MET), Cambridge Michigan Language Assessments (CaMLA) is pleased to announce that the MET is now being administered in Europe. Last week the MET was successfully given at the Englisches Institut Koeln.

The MET was created in 2008 and is administered through the CaMLA test center network. It allows candidates to evaluate their general English language proficiency in social, educational, and workplace contexts. Listening recordings and reading passages reflect everyday, authentic interaction in an American-English linguistic environment. The MET measures reading, grammar, and listening skills for candidates with language ability between A2 and C1 on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
